Details and working principle:
The mixer is designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of EN 196. The mixing paddle has a planetary motion and is driven by a motor with a microprocessor based speed and program controller. When the mixer is used in the manual mode, the two mixing speeds can be changed by means of a button, without switching off the motor.
Also, machine has been designed to prepare cement mortar for strength determination as specified in IS: 4031. It can also be used in mixing lime with pozzolanic materials for determination of lime reactivity (as per IS: 1727) and for uniform mixing of soils with additives such as lime, cement.
