Purpose:

• For water absorption test of ceramic tiles. The tiles will be placed vertically in the slots provided to conduct the water absorption characteristic test.

Salient Features :

1. The bath is designed in such a way that 5 Nos. tiles of 300 X 300mm can be placed vertically with no contact between them
2. Arrangement is provided so that the samples can be placed in such a way that there is 50mm water above and below the sample throughout the test
3. Rectangular shaped water bath
4. Double walled construction
5. Aesthetically designed
6. Outer body is CRC powder coated
7. Inner chamber is fabricated from S.S. 304 - Mirror polished
8. Fully argon welded construction
9. 50mm thick Glass wool Insulation is provided between the inner chamber and exterior body to prevent the direct thermal loss
10. Specially designed immersion Heater will be provided for heating within the set point temperature
11. Built - in boost heater will be provided for initial fast heating.
12. Motorized stirrer for uniform distribution of water temperature
13. Supplied complete with instruction manual
