Applications
- Designed for biological sample storage in pharmaceutical, microbiology, biotechnology, chemical industries, and research laboratories.
- Twin-chamber configuration combines deep-freezer and laboratory-refrigerator functions in a single standalone instrument.
Construction & Chamber Configuration
- Standalone twin-chamber Refrigerator Cum Deep Freezer comprising upper and lower chambers.
- Upper Chamber: Deep Freezer.
- Lower Chamber: Laboratory Refrigerator.
- Both chambers are equipped with separate PLC controllers and Touch Screen HMI displays.
- Interior of both chambers fabricated from Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel SS-316 grade.
- Exterior body fabricated from Stainless Steel SS-304 grade.
- Both chambers provided with 65–75 mm PUF insulation on all sides to minimize thermal leakage.
- Both chambers fitted with heavy-duty stainless-steel locks and door hinges with spring-roller mechanism.
- Sponge-type silicone gaskets provided for airtight door sealing and prevention of temperature leakage.
- LED illumination with door switch provided in both chambers.
- Adjustable shelves provided for storing test samples and glassware of varying dimensions.
- Entire unit mounted on castor wheels for easy movement.
- Internal electrical wiring conforms to international norms.
- Aesthetic external finish.
- Supplied with pilot indicating lamps, 2 m power cord and power plug.
- Power supply: 220/230 V, 50 Hz, Single Phase AC.
- Supplied with IQ, OQ and DQ documentation, where applicable/selected.
Air Circulation – Refrigerator Chamber
- Lower laboratory refrigerator chamber is equipped with a quiet-running forced-air circulation blower for uniform temperature distribution.
- Air is circulated vertically downward and recirculated throughout the chamber.
- Blower motor is located at the rear of the unit and protected with a safety cover.
Inner Door – Refrigerator Chamber
- Refrigerator chamber is fitted with a full-size polycarbonate sheet inner door for sample inspection without significantly affecting chamber temperature.
- Polycarbonate door characteristics:
- Unbreakable
- Scratch-resistant
- High-temperature resistant
- Robust
- Airtight
- Transparent
Sample Trays
- Trays for both refrigerator and deep-freezer chambers are manufactured from strong stainless-steel sheet.
- Trays are designed to withstand heavy loads of test specimens.
- Test specimens should be equally distributed among the trays.
- Tray construction facilitates better air circulation.
- Distance between trays: 15–20 cm.
