Construction Details:

1. Outer cabinet is made of mild steel duly powder coated.
2. Double wall construction with insulation for minimum heat losses increases the efficiency of the system.
3. Aluminum Block with holes (Dimension 26 mm Diameter x 150 mm Depth) is used to hold 15 Nos tubes.
4. Aluminum Block is heated to maintain temperature up to 220° C
5. Solid state Digital Temperature Controller, appropriate heater & insulation selection assure uniformity in all the samples.
6. Selectable timer up to 120 min/h alarm is provided to set the digestion period.
