Description:

The high-temperature furnace is designed for controlled heating and testing of test specimens at temperatures up to 1500°C, with a working temperature of 1400°C. It features a chamber furnace with a preheating zone, double-wall construction, high-alumina brick insulation with ceramic fiber backup, and a stainless-steel insulated door to minimize heat loss. The furnace is equipped with silicon carbide heating elements, a three-phase AC heating system, and a programmable PID temperature control system for accurate temperature regulation. The integrated motorized loading system provides automatic loading with controlled loading speed, while the PLC and HMI-based automation system enables reliable operation and control. The system is suitable for three-point bending testing with automatic load application and digital measurement of breaking load.
