3. For Paper Cones used as Yarn Carrier, Radial Crush Test is performed.
4. For Paper Cones used as Packing Material, Flat Crush Test can also be performed.

Note:

1. We will make provisions for adopters only up to the Minimum and Maximum Core OD specified by you, while placing the order. If you need any provisions for future sizes, inform us in advance in the PO itself.
2. Please specify tube OD x length or core OD dimensions while ordering. We CANNOT process your order in absence of core sizes. Please provide 5 samples of each type of Tube / Core size with the PO or max within 15 days of PO. Delay in providing core sizes is to your account
3. Large Size Models suitable for cores upto 250 mm, available at extra cost

Utilities Required (To be supplied by the buyer):

1. Power Supply : 230 Volts AC at 50 Hz. (Fluctuation Free Power required)
2. 50 / 100 Kg Cast Iron Weights - These weights are required for calibration at the time of installation and then every 6-months for routine calibrations
3. Compressed Air supply at 5 - 6 kg/cm2 (Rust, Dirt and Moisture Free Supply)

Following adapter will be supplied at extra cost:

a. For Texturising Tubes of 57mm ID and 62/63mm OD - Cost mentioned separately

The top adaptor will be 200mm long, bottom Adopter will be 200mm long

b. For Texturising Tubes of 69mm ID and 75mm OD - Cost mentioned separately

The top adaptor will be 150mm long, bottom Adopter will be 200mm long

c. For all POY and other types of Paper Cores

POY Test Length = Actual, upto 150mm, Paper Core Test Length = 100mm
