Applications
- The machine is designed to determine the creep of the concrete cylindrical mold subject to sustain longitudinal compressive load as per ASTM C512. The test method is limit to concrete in which the max aggregate size does not exceed 50 mm.
The machine consist of following main parts and accessories
- Loading frame capable to test 3 samples of 150 X 300 mm with capacity of 1000 kN
- Power pack with pressure gauge - Hand operated
- Hydraulic jack
Salient Features
- The loading frame consist of upper and lower jack platen, between which the samples are placed and high compression spring will maintain pressure on the samples.
- The power pack (H.O) is used apply the pressure to the jack. The power pack is also connected to the pressure gauge to show the current pressure.
- The power pack is fitted with red and green push buttons to start and stop the power pack.
- On the power pack there are lever pressure release.
- The hydraulic jack is consist of piston and cylinder with capacity of 1000 kN.
- The piston stroke is 100 mm.
- The hydraulic jack is spring return so that, it comes down quickly after releasing.
- The jack is fitted with 6" pressure gauge with black and red pointer.
